Your kids disappear on bikes with a pack of other kids. You sit by the fire with a beer and zero obligations. At some point everyone ends up at the pool. Nobody checks a schedule because there isn't one.
That's Camp Dad. Four days in Oregon where your partner gets a quiet house and you get to actually be there for your kid's first time kayaking a river, catching a fish, or staying up past bedtime around a campfire.
3,300 acres in the Oregon high desert. Pools, rivers, 40 miles of bike trails, and a village with everything you need. The kind of place where you don't see your kids from breakfast until dinner because they're having too much fun.
Indoor and outdoor pools, waterslides, hot tubs. Your kids won't get out until you bribe them with ice cream.
Paved trails connecting everything. Your 8-year-old will bike to the pool, to dinner, and back again without you lifting a finger.
Float the Deschutes, kayak with your kids, or just watch them jump off the dock for three hours straight.
Trail rides through the pines. Your kid will talk about this one for months.
63 holes of golf, pickleball courts, and tennis. Drop the kids at the pool and settle a bet on the court.
Observatory, nature center, and some of the darkest skies in Oregon. Your kid will see the Milky Way for the first time.

Fly into Redmond (RDM), 40 min from the resort. Commercial times include connections and drive. The resort has its own airstrip (S21) — charter flights land on-site.
While your kids are off on a bike ride with the pack, you're in a room with a dozen dads who actually know what they're talking about. One morning it's a founder walking through how he uses AI to run a 50-person company. The next it's a psychologist explaining why your 7-year-old melts down at bedtime. Someone runs a mastermind. Someone else does a show-and-tell on a side project that makes everyone pull out a notebook.
A few sessions a day, maybe two hours total. The rest of the time you're with your kids.
Childcare during sessions so you can actually be present.
Small groups, real talk. More fireside chat than TED talk.
Skip any session. Go kayaking instead. Nobody's taking attendance.
Choose the room that works best for your family.
Every ticket includes 4 nights at Sunriver, all programming, childcare during sessions, and resort access. All rooms have AC.
All spots are by application. We'll follow up within 48 hours.
